Bounty Balls

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine coconut and condensed milk in a bowl
  2. Chill for 1 hour
  3. Roll mixture into 2cm balls and place on lined tray
  4. Freeze for 1+ hours
  5. Melt chocolate (bain-marie or microwave 2 x 30 sec bursts stirring well in between)
  6. Cover balls with chocolate and chill/freeze
