Bounty Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)
- 1/2 cup chocolate drops (white, milk or dark)
Method
- Combine coconut and condensed milk in a bowl
- Chill for 1 hour
- Roll mixture into 2cm balls and place on lined tray
- Freeze for 1+ hours
- Melt chocolate (bain-marie or microwave 2 x 30 sec bursts stirring well in between)
- Cover balls with chocolate and chill/freeze
