Broccoli Stir Fry

Method

  1. Place bulgar wheat in a bowl, cover with boiling water and put aside
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, add onion and chorizo and cook at a medium heat for 3-5 mins
  3. Blanche broccoli in a large pot of boiling water, then cool in cold water, drain and put aside
  4. Add bulgar wheat and garlic to pan and cook for 2 mins
  5. Add broccoli and sun-dried tomato to pan, combine and heat through
  6. Serve with feta sprinkled on top
