Five Spice Chicken

Method

  1. Mix chicken, 1/2 tbsp of the soy sauce, cornflour and 5-spice in a non-metallic bowl and leave for 10 mins
  2. Mix the remaining soy and hot water in a jug
  3. Heat oil in a large, hot frying pan and cook chicken for 3-4 mins
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add veges, water and soy sauce mixture and cook for 2 more mins.
  5. Serve with cashews on top
