Keto Chicken

Ingredients
- 400g chicken tenders
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 egg
- Cooking oil
- Baby spinach
- Hummus (garlic is good)
Method
- Crack egg into a bowl and gently whisk with a fork
- Place almond meal in a separate bowl
- Dip chicken tender intos egg, then coat with almond meal
- In a medium pan cook chicken until golden brown
- Serve with hummus on a bed of baby spinach
